The ba&sh BELLE dress is delicate and dainty. This short, long-sleeved dress with a frilly round collar has a square bib on the front with a ruffle and a button placket halfway down the front. The waist is marked for a flattering shape. In lightweight cotton with a naive floral pattern for a soft, innocent effect. A dress that combines retro Victorian style with a more contemporary knee-length skirt.
