DRESS The POPY dress is not just any dress. Original, elegant and incredibly comfortable, it will carve out its own niche in your wardrobe. This mini style has a V-neckline and elbow-length sleeves elasticated to create some puff enhanced by the shoulder pleats. The skirt is slightly flared with two joined panels, and the frills on the armholes are the cherry on top as they take the piece to a new level.
